I once saw a Mercedes SL55 AMG with scissor doors, so maybe it's possible with a Boxster.

I wouldnt bother, The extra weight that it would add would hamper the performance. The SLR features gullwings, but as an owner of an SL600, and an SL65, I cant see how the scissor door thing would work. I'd be interested if anyone had more info on this.

PS, In may oppinion, the problem is that you have a Boxter in the first place, sell it! and buy a used 911! Its got more character, and looks better than the Boxter...
