Need Help On Doors

Ok guys im opening up a door on my revell itr.. one problem how the hell do ya make the door sill at the front of the door all others are made pretty easy with card stock as templates but the fron peice is way complex with some killer curves.. Any help or suggestion would be great.. Later Rick

Sorry my last post was not in english.. I was writing it at about 3am.. Itr was a late night of modeling.. Well what im trying to do is make the door sill part for the front of the door.. Here are some pics to show what im trying to make

Fill the opening on the door with epoxy putty, and press the side of the dashboard and interior piece onto it, while epoxy putty is still soft. Moisten the contact surface if necessary.

That is the same way I would suggest.
