Hey guys, I'm back! Missed me? :p Some of you might remember me from last year. I've been busy getting used to the new school, but I've still keep track of what's going on around AF~

Just finished the underbody, going to work on the body and interior tomorrow:)

Lookin good so far, but the price tag on the box, its $51.75? That is steep!

Forgot to mention~ I haven't painted the body yet, it's still in the color it came in. This RX-7 I'm building is for a friend. He brought it, so he's the one who got ripped off, not me:D

turbos, isn't the price in canadian money? Cause I know the $1 canadian dollar is worth less than a US one because they pay more for magazines, right?

I wasnt under the impression that you painted that, Pic was kindof blurry, but none the less will be a great build.

BTW, turbos, you still plan on building the whole lineup of the Initial D series? I plan to build Fujiwara's AE86 Trueno someday................... but when will that day come?:rolleyes:

Yeah, my goal still, is to build all the cars that appeared in Initial D.
This one is my friend's car I'm helping him build, cause he's LAZY:rolleyes:

About the price tag, yes, it was a rip off, but my friend is the type of person that buys at impulse.

So is he gonna let you put it on the shelf when you're done with them all?:rolleyes: or at least for some pics of them all together :)

Just out of curiousity, why bother with cutting open the Fujimi hood, scratchbashing an engine compartment, and modifying the undercarriage to accept the Tamiya engine? I'd cut off the Fujimi kit bodywork and mold it to the Tamiya's stock body.

:eek: whoa that is kinda steep man. all my intial d and other kits i get are around 30-20 bucks,28 dollars max, plus an automatic 10% off discount and im from hawaii, i would think its more expensive here. and no its not bootleged.

Thanks for the welcome back guys. I must say, I'm glad to be back!;)

For this RX-7 I WILL be using the MS-02 Rims, cause I want to keep it true to Initial D spec.

Also, been doing some thinking, and I'm not gonna add engine details to the Initial D Keisuke version FD3S when I make mine, but rather use a Tamiya RX-7 R1 as a base to build the Initial D Kyoko Version FD3S. It's a Black RX-7 with a huge Single turbo, so I want to show it off with engine details.

I like Kyoko's car better that Keisukes actually. Engine detail in that would be so nice!;)
Im still working on my Nobuhiko Altezza and im ordering Kyouchi's Evo 3 soon.

I cant wait for this to get done.
