heat and air

i have a 1996 bmw 318 ti and recently the heat and a/c stop blowing out. the heat comes out slowly but when i notch it up to full blast it does not blow out is it the blow motor or sensor ?

I sent my climate control unit to the guy selling the service on ebay. His ebay name is ccobsinc. This guy repaired it and it works mint now.
