'97 3.8 Cam Sensor Replacement

Easy job? Special tools req'd? I am fairly mechanically inclined but would hate to disable car in my driveway! Looks like I will have to move a coolant pipe from intake to gain access? Do I have to drain coolant? Will I need an O ring? Is this sensor just a bolt in item or does it need setting?
