I'm selling it without my own will .. i can't do anything about it.. my father wants me to sell it as soon as possible .. If i had a job i wouldn't ..i'm a student with no income and my dad wont let me home until i sell it.

The car was never tested for performance .. approx. figure is 600-650 HP without NOS

Well that's a tough one.

And what a shame. Unfortunately I can't buy it, I'm seventeen, I don't have any drivers license and most of all I don't have the money.

Another guy from your area put a GTR for sale on this site, I told him that no one would touch it, because there is a history of cars being hot in that area of the world.

To make a long story short, he was postive it was not stolen, and he contacted Interpol (I believe) and had the VIN ran. It came back stolen.

Have your VIN ran, make sure it not a hot car.

Also, the left hand conversions are of very poor quality. Take some close up pics of your dash, door panels, and wireing under the dash. If someone is going to be putting down that much cash for a car, that would be a good place to start by showing it was done with the highest quality in mind, if you are serious about selling it. No one will touch it, otherwise.

The buyer is supposed to check the VIN #, not me. I bought the car from here and its registered and everything.

Regarding the conversion, its really hard to get it perfect anywhere since they use the nissan bluebird dash as the closest match to the GTR's.

It has nothing to do with lack of respect. What Tony said is true, a lot of cars in that part of the world are stolen. You're the seller, if you are serious about selling the car you shouldn't have trouble finding the time to do it. If it is lack of interest or you're just being lazy, that also tells a potential buyer something about the car.

Tony is just trying to help you sell the car. What he said about the conversion work is also true and not only about the look, also about the mechanical stuff. A lot of the converted cars are ruined by the conversion. You really should put up pics of the conversion work underneath as poorly done RHD to LHD conversion will kill the resale value of the car.

One last thing. the nismo twin plate clutch couldnt handle a 1.2 bar of boost so its getting swapped for an HKS triple plate. Two HKS super sequential blow off valves are also on the way from japan.

That's odd, the clutch should be ok if it isn't abused. Just don't put in HKS triple, its driveability is horrible.

I really doubt that car has had an easy life.

Plus a T88, I wonder if thats kind of laggy? Not really for the US street.

1.2 bar of boost on a single T88 is worth much more than a 1.2 bars on small twins. The nismo twin plate is no good. An OS might have been a better choise

what twin plate can handle this much power?? go back to the modification list to know what im talking about here .. fully modified GT-R

the triple plate HKS might be hard to drive, but the more important is the driver behind the wheels .. cars with multiple plate clutches are hard to drive anyway



and for curiousity, what clutch would you recommend??

Still, with your estimated hp, I'm suprised the Nismo twin didn't hold. I would look into carbon clutches but whatever you do, stay away from the HKS. My HKS twin isn't that bad but there are many others that hold as well and are much friendlier to drive.

The T-88 potential is much more than 1.2 bars, you know. What will happen to any twin plate in this world if the T-88 boost was raised to its true power ?
triple plate isnt an option here
the estimated HP was based on 1.2 ~ 1.3 bars
not 1.5+ and its still just an estimation

Well, you said that 1.2bar was too much for the Nismo twin and that you're estimating 600-650hp. I was just suprised your clutch didn't hold.

What do you mean by "triple plate isn't an option"? Is that a typo, I thought you were putting in HKS triple? Before you do I just wanted to give you a friendly advice to shop around if you can find a better option as I'm sure there are.

Er im slightly confused here,
1.2Bar boost doeas not equate to anywhere near 600Hp, plus a twin plate clutch is fine for this power.
Ive done 20,000 miles with a twin plate running 1.4-1.5 bar boost.
I suggest its just worn.
My previous skyline had a triple plate - dont do it. You get very angry everytime someone laughs at you for stalling it.

I hate to say it, but I see you having difficulty finding a good buyer for your car... one, with a performance car, it's best to have at least one dyno slip when you get ready to sell, even if you've moded since then, it gives an indication of what the vehicle is capable of. Two, your location, not the car is gonna be the biggest factor. Try US military people stationed in bahrain. Based on personal experience, they are loaded, and somewhat nearby.

you'd have to ask a serious number nerd to find out how many R34s are in the states, but it's not many, not enough by my standards at least. I'm going to add one to the total v. soon

No, it does not work that way. We have to go through customs like everyone else.

I don't know much ,but I do know when you buy a car you get a title to the car.....right, so if he has the title then how can the car be stolen,.....did the thief go to the owner and say, "oh yea, before I steal your car, can I please have the title to it?"
