Slight orange peel??

I've got this well not big oragne peel jsut a little you can c with eyes but when you touch it, its very smooth just wondering do i have to sand it if i still have to put a layer of clear on top, or if i do the clear well the orange peel won't be shown cause the clear wil go on really smooth??

Clearcoat hides nothing.
In any case, the best way to get out orange peel is by sanding with high grit sandpaper (2500+) and then polishing out the haze. I suppose you could go ahead and clear, and then sand and polish the clearcoat... But you're better off working the basecoat nice and smooth before clearcoating(or you might not even have to once you get the basecoat looking great!).
