Do Tezzas Suck?

My tails are cracked, and im gonna need to get some new ones soon. So i was gonna get altezzas. Why does everybody hate em so much? I mean, what other choice do i have, pay the otrageous dealer price to get replacements? I don't wanna go through that man.

yes they do. check ebay, you can get some red/clears or im sure you can find someone getting rid of stocks.

i dont like altezzas, but these arent as bad. and you can paint the surrounding to match your car.

I agree, that is definitely a sharper looking tails than the Altezzas but unfortunately designed for 92-93 Accords. I just made an inquiry with TimTim2002, at eBay, if he has that same tail for 90-91, I'm seriously considering of getting one.

They suck because they've been played out. They no longer make a car look unique. Its like guys having earings. It used to be done to stand out from the crowd, but now you only stand out if you don't.

i noticed from the pic that the 2 pieces look like theyre sized differently than mine, but the auction is for 90-91 tails.

yup those in the pic are for the 92-93 4 doors only.

When buying at eBay, never rely on the sellers description alone. Most of the time they don't know exactly what they are selling or using the wrong image to depict the item. Send an inquiry with timtim2002 and since then still no reply.

90-91 tails should have the curvature at the inner end.:flash:

I want her back in my life because she was NEVER PLAYED OUT, she's VERY UNIQUE and having her next to me, I'll definitely STAND OUT from the crowd! :D

I think altezzas can look ok on some cars but not on the 4g accord

Yeah, I think they got played out too, maybe ricers can start putting sharkfins on their Corollas. That would be cool. just like the 50s Cadillacs.:D

go to hondaautoparts.com or something like that and you can get OEM for cheap. And yes Tezzas suck...on a 90 or a 03...just any damn year. Don't even question it. If N'sync was a car part...it would be altezzas.

I agree with "sossy". The only Accord that looks decent with Altezzas is a light colored 94', 95'.

I dont think they suck and it's not what other people want on your car...if u like tezzas get em.... no ones opion matters its your car.....

im so sick of seeing altezzas for 92-93 accords 4 DOOR! they need to make them for a freaking 2 door. i want to find some because i want to convert them to red/clears. since they dont make those for 2 door either. anyone know where i can get some.

altezzas=rice. simple oem or jdm tail lights are really the only that look clean on a car. (unless its an is300 etc...)

The proliferation of Altezza's for American cars (including Trucks) mean that they have completely lost any 'importness' about them.
I think when you see Cavaliers driving around with Alterzza's that's enough to dissuade your from putting them on your Honda.

It's almost like when you buy Altezza's you are admitting I wish I had an IS300, but currently I can only afford the taillights.
