I have been looking in to Rims for my car and when i was about to order some,, the people told me that they would rub,, i have a 97 jetta Gt.. any one have rims and they dont rub or anything i have to do so they wont

I think 215/40-17 or 215/35-18 is the biggest you should fit without rolling your fenders.

I have 15" rims available if you are interested in a different look. Let me know, will part with them cheap.

sorry never mind those are 5 lug i only have 4 :rolleyes:

I'm getting some 5zigen wheels. They're not "top of the line" but they weigh just under 12 lbs, (4-lugs) so it feels like taking 1000 pounds out of your trunk. I wouldn't go anybigger than et40's. Even with 40's, you'll probably have to get wheel spacers.

I am selling my rims. they are 17in with 215/45/17 tires on them. They are a 4 lug pattern. They are silver.

what is the correct J for 215s
I have 205 just right on my 7,5 J and im wondering if it will affect the tyres if i put on 215....
