"Honey," said this husband to his wife, "I invited a friend home for supper."
"What? Are you crazy? The house is a mess, I haven't been shopping, all the dishes are dirty, and I don't feel like cooking a fancy meal!"
"I know all that."
"Then why did you invite a friend for supper?"
"Because the poor fool's thinking about getting married."
And my day-o-bliss is scheduled for next may. :D

Erma Bombeck was a truly hilarious author who wrote books by the titles of : "When you look like your passport photo, it's time to go home" and "Family: the ties that bind...and gag" She also wrote one called "The grass is always greener over the septic tank"
Just my random, pointless post of the day ;) I was falling behind on posts/day :D
Anyways, for those who are literate... her books are truly funny. I've only completed "when you look..." but she's so cynical. :)
