Photoshop 7 question

Does anyone know how to remap the maous keys in photoshop 7? I want to add the zoom to the mouse-wheel, now it only zoomes until the pic covers the screen then it starts moving the pic up and down. I know I can hold down Alt, but I would like not to. Anyone know what I mean?
