Modesto peeps

Anyone from the area can suggest a good Hotel/Motel. I dont know the area and available Motels dont have websites for general inquiry. The weekend of May 2-4 (SCCA Solo2 Nationals), we'll be there for a 3 day autox...Any suggestions?

lets see theres a nice holiday inn off of pelandale exit, they have security then down the street there is a new Comfort inn next to dennys (where lisa works) theres a bunch more but they are more into town, like motel 6
but these two are nice, and right by my house :D
