what are the best mods to make to my 2.2l 98 cav to increase hp and speed? i am in the process of getting custom pipes (flowmaster 60) and i was wondering what else will help boost the speed

intake, larger throttle body, intake manifold, headers, any type of boost (turbo, super, nos), pulleys...just the normal hp increasers
