you might want to check your cam/crank timing, that engine wont even run.

yea. it seems that your crank is spinning backwards

Bad bike, nice Shiela too.
That thing will only run on 2 cyls. #1 and #4 look good to me. 2 and 3 are out of phase.

that cam has some radical degree to it. u might find that it idles a little rought under less than full throttle.
