need hlj/paypal help

I got the email saying how much I have to pay but I can't add funds to my account.Can anyone tell me how to add money to my paypal account?(sorry if this is off topic)

On the "My Account" tab, you should see "Add Funds" at the top of the screen.

Tried that but the problem is that's only for US accounts.

If you have your PayPal account through a bank account, you just have to wait for a payment request from HLJ; you will then need to go to paypal@hlj.com to complete the transaction. the funds will be automatically pulled from your bank account by PayPal. :)

What do you mean I have to go to paypal@hlj.com?When I try to send money to paypal@hlj.com I get this

Look through the Paypal FAQ - if it doesn't help, try e-mailing one of their representatives with your circumstances (in Canada, etc.)

Do you have a bank account from which you can transfer money from, or a credit card?

I have a bank account but no credit card thats why I sighned up for paypal.

How much are you sending?>

Log in to your PayPal account
Click the View Limits link next to the yellow Balance box (if there is not a View Limits link, your account has no Sending Limit)
Your remaining sending limit is listed under the 'Sending Limit' heading

Did you make any payments lately that could have reduced your sendinig limit? Maybe it thinks you are a US user..

Bought nothing else plus I sighned up for a International account.

Why don't you contact them? Your case doesn't seem to be covered in their FAQ, maybe something got screwed up? Did you enter all your bank infromation?

I can't seem to contact them.All the contact us links lead to other pages.
