Pug 106 gti probs with dails on dash

Got problems with my dials on my car when i put fuel in ive got to bang dash and petrol gauge then moves and everytime i do that my temp gauge and oil gauge go down to while hitting the dash but this week temp gauge gone into red but not overheating and cooling fan cutting knocked engine off and banged dash temp gauge when dwn i need help
