The worst day of my life

I just got a job working at a factory a few days ago called Tri-Corr. Today was my third day. I always have my lunch in my car at 12:30 because I love it so much. But when I cam out of my work at 3:30pm I went to go to my car and it started freezing rain. Then I notice my car was pushed 6 feet foward, has a left broken tail light, broken back bumper, left window smashed and left rear fender f*cked. I almost collasped. I figure it was probably one of the big factory trucks that hit it. My dad is phoning the company tomorrow to get it paid for because I don't have collision on my car. How could someone do this and just drive away and not say anything? No one else has a nice car at work i'm the only one with a nice car and it get's f*cked. I feel like crying. To show how my I love my car I stood in the freezing rain with only my spring jacket on with my car, I wouldn't leave it's side.

awww man that's fwked up man big time!!! They better pay for the damages. That is some messed up shit they didnt even leave any info or nothing, i would jump kick the fwker and smash his head into his rear bumper!!! but i fell real bad for you man :( :( Hope it gets fixed soon!!!:D

i hate people who cause a crash then just run away from their responsibilites.

I'm trying to raise hell with the company i work for and i'm gonna see if they can pay for it, i'm trying to argue that they should have a parking lot that near to a loading area. They are gonna see what they can do.

Hey dude sorry to hear such bad news. Best thing to do ( which i think you allrteady done) is to contact the police. Explain the police what happend. next follow it up by asking the company to show the cops a history of all the deliverys that were done that day. That way the cops have some one to question ( if they are willing to find out who did it), and eventualy it wil all lead to who hit your car. Lets just hope it was a truck, that way the compay is responsible for the damages, and not some asshole with them F*cking huge SUV's.

naw not yet, but tomorrow I am gonna take it to get an estimate and I should hear from Tri-Corr when i'm working tomorrow too

I just got back from getting the estimate. It is worse than I thought. The guy lifted up the carpet in the trunk and we found that some of the floor had broken. The total is $3,947.89. There is no way I can pay for this so we are still going to see if the company can pay for it. I hope so.

For 4gs you can prob. buy a new 240 and use that one as a parts car...

Today tri-corr phoned and they said they would pay for the window to be replaced. But we told them we want the whole car fixed and they said they are going to look into it because we threatened to sue. So hopefully they give me a cheque for $4000 because then I would just buy a new car. But if they just pay for it to be fixed that is fine too. But it would be cool to get a cheque.

Well atleast they are admitting to the accident. Im sure they are gona pay for the damages, take it to the next level if you have to!!! Good luck man i know how it feels haveing your car squashed!! Its still kinda BS they called and said they were gona pay for the window?!?!?! how gay is that. :rolleyes:

Well bad news to report today. They refused to pay for any of the damages. So my dad is gonna see if our local newspaper can do a news story on it and we can show how bad they treat their employees. We are gonna raise some hell, that's for sure.

This is my window with plastic and duct tape on it. I got the plastic from my friend then when I came out of work a few days later someone punched a hole in the plastic. So I had to put saran wrap over the hole.

the car doesn't look as bad as i thought it would in person. the only REALLY bad spot is that hole in the trunk. it also sucks that the window was broken, cause those are expensive as shit...
