Accord-1pc-JDM-Projector-Conversion

- Hey guys, i was jus bored, and i thot i'd show u my recent project. Im still doing my tail lights, but i figured what the hell. i wont be driving for a while ne'wayz. So i took out the head lights ( :toothless which kicked my ass.. soo many tight squeezes ) took the fender off jus to see how far it might stick out if any at all.. then since its longer than our headlights, it hits the inner right side of the metal u see there, so all i got to do there, is bang that in, the radiator was taken out to see if i'd have any room if i need to push in metal to the sides to fit the light in, and i do got enough room. And to my surprise, it actually met up with the fender better than i thot it would. And as u can see in the pic, the hood will be needing a little bit of modifying, but thats not hard at all. All i really need to do, after that, is fiber glass it up, get accord bracket, and wiring for the lights. I'll be workin on it this weekend, so i should get some update pix on here for u guys. is that your actual car and teh blue car is just a photochop or something? i thought the blue car was real?

did you take off the front bumper to get the lights off. if not, it woulda helped :D

- Nah, that car in the avatar thingy isn't real, its done w/ Paint Shop Pro 7. . . works wonders.. i wish tho. but same car and tail lights ;)

- and no, didnt take off the bumper, all i took off was, right fender, and that lil' plastic peace that goes along the front on top the bumper that goes right under the lights. It wasnt that hard. bout maybe only 45 min, gettin fender, plastic peice and light out, then bout nother' 15 min for other light. but now that i think bout it, i prolly shoulda jus gone and did that, take bumper off. just another mistake to learn from.. dont be lazy. :bloated:

Wow, other then the lights don't match up with the curve of the bumper it looks ok.

- Right now they dont match up, its that peice of metal that surrounds the Radiotor and all the hoses i was talkin bout earlier, if i bang that in, or modify it real quick , it will allow me to push the rest of the headlight in so that its flush with the curve of the bumper. ;)
