oK this is probably asked alot, but what would you all say is the best program to use in chopping and manipulation?

Adobe Photoshop 6.0 or 7.0. I know 7.0 goes for $600.00, but you could download it for free along with a serial number on Kazaa. Not that i did that or anything...

Either that... or you can stick with Micro$oft's Paint, which is just as *cough*good ;)

Lets see how much software would cost for a typical computer.
WindowsXP $100
Photoshop $600
Microsoft Office ~$400
How about the latest games? 50$+ a piece.
hmmmm........
Do net graphix? Macromedia Flash... ~$100 ??

yeah i've been using Photoshop, i don't see how people can use Paintbrush so damn well, i've never been able to...

i got paintshop:( i wanted to download photoshop it said i was downloading photoshop but i ended up getting PAINTSHOP! son of a bitch. oh well i guess i'll have to dl photoshop.

I have legal Photoshop and Illustrator and Pagemaker and etc. etc. ever since Photoshop 3, and Illustrator 4 (which came on 17 floppies).
