I have a Pioneer DEH2100 deck and the power antenna on my 1997 civic is working in reverse. When I put the deck on the antenna goes down and when i turn the deck off it goes up. Can anyone help.

switch the polarity of the signal that is going to the antenna if its possible. other than that, either have it go all the way up and disconnect the power from it so it stays that way, or have it stay all the way down by doing the same thing. i keep mine down since the motor is burnt and i dont listen to the radio anyways.

Is the antenna a factory part? or aftermarket? It sounds like the antenna is a negative trigger. if so, you will need to wire up a relay to reverse the polarity output of yor radio.

Thanks for the info. However can you explain in detail how to go about hooking it up? Or forward me to a web site.
