Bilstein PSS9 Suspension Package

Has anyone out there actually upgraded their '01 330 Ci with this coil over suspension package from Bilstein? I have been doing some research but have not been able find a definitive answer on the availability of this package for my car. Some places say that the 328 Ci package will work in my car, but others say that it is available for all E46, but the 330 Ci!!! This is a considerable investment and I don't want to purchase something that will not fit my car...

Any experience out there with the PSS9?
