Not sure, but this is a Choro-Q Skyline GT-R. :D

It's a little toy car with a pull-back spring motor. Kenchan said his were r/c, though. Radio controlled? Wow!

hey guys, i remember when i was a small boy and 'The A-Team' was big over here, i had a tiny little controlled A-Team van, similar size to these digi-q's It used a couple of AA batteries, went forward at the push of one button, and went backward and turned with the other button. Really cool.

If these Digi-Q's are RC, then count me in if theyre forsale:D

yep, mine are radio controlled and in the same ChoroQ size. :D

those have rechargable batteries built-in and run off of wireless IR remote, not AM/FM/PCM like on regular RC cars. :D its gonna be a totally cool table top RC car.

i have about 40 choroQ (pullback) cars right now including the hard to find limited edition R34 with mirros and everything :D

hope to see them by next week. hehehe

Hey all. Are shipping costs included in the price. I did not see any listing of shipping costs for UPS to the USA.

Thanks!

Thanks! That's because they ship to the USA in bundles. So your order is packed in with every other order coming into the US that day, and split up once it gets here. Because of that, they often don't know the exact shipping charge until it's in the truck.

I've ordered from them a number of times for plastic models, and I think their shipping rates are completely reasonable, though I don't remember ever seeing them called out on an invoice. I can only remember the totals for the whole order, including shipping. Of course, I'm already confused by the exchange rates.

Make sure you read the HLJ FAQ about shiping to the U.S.

And I highly recommend them. :D

I am too!

Anyhow, could you guestimate (big word) what shipping would be on two of the BitChar-G's or similar items you had purchased?

The reason I ask is, I might ask the wife to get them for a X-mas gift for me and she'll want a better feeling for estimated shipping. Hehehe! She so cool. :D

Anyhow, thanks for the info. I been looking for those things all over the net.

This is the first thing I ordered from them: Tamiya Castrol Mugen NSX (http://www.hlj.com/cgi-local/hljpage.cgi?TAM24202). It was on sale for 1400 yen. After shipping, it cost just over $18, and my local hobby store sells them for $25.

It weighs 450g. I think they split up the shipping cost of the whole bundle of parcels by the weights of each parcel, so the shipping costs should be proportional to the weight.

One Choro-Q (like this Red NSX (http://www.hlj.com/cgi-local/hljpage.cgi?TAK10820) (can you tell I like NSXs?)) costs 350 yen (~$2.85) and weighs only 20g. Assuming they can put it in a small enough box, I wouldn't really expect one to cost more than about $5. I'd also expect that they'll cost less per unit after shipping if you order more...

:)
