Just got a greddy type rs in the mail and I was wondering what is safe to clean it with on the outside and inside if needed?

I figure just rubbing alcohol for the outside, but what about the inside?

Is it that dirty? The outside maybe be but the inside shouldnt be dirty really since its all filtered air. I would just try and wash it with a sponge and some soap first. Maybe hit it with some polish to

Yea its not dirty at all on the inside, just want to get the gunk off the outside from whats there. Took a 2nd look at it when I got home and inside was fine. I want to take as much time as possible on my eclipse and make it look clean lol.

What I use are degresser wipes. I think they're called Purple Power or something like that. It's actually for tools, but works great on all under hood components. Do all my detailing with them.

They work great. Just don't use it on the actual paint on the car itself. Says to stay away from body paint. But other than that... top notch shit right there
