I am going to replace this Sat. Just wanted a heads up or some pointers figured I would just get in there and tear into it but not really sure how lol. Thanks in advance

Thanks so much, yeah thats pretty simple. For anyone else that reads this...
Changing the serpentine belt on 2000-2005 3.8 bonneville

1. Rotate tension pully counterclockwise with a 15mm
2. Remove Belt, Install New Belt
3. Rotate tension pully clockwise

Easy enough!
