97 Sable Catalytic Converter Removal

On 97 Sable 3.0L SFI, how does one remove the two bolts from the catalytic converter flange that is located between the firewall and engine? I have been unsuccessful using a 15MM deep wall socket from either the top or bottom of the engine. If anyone could provide some assistance, thanks.

You going to need a semi deep 15mm swivel socket and a lot of patients!
