Fuel Relay Noise

I have a 2003 Cav. a couple of weeks ago it started stalling but would always refire, I cleaned the throttle body and ran sefoam throught the fuel system, Now when I turn the switch on the fuel relay makes a loud noise for about ten seconds then the car will start. I thought it was a bad relay so I put in a new one in it does the same thing. The car still runs but I know it's got a problem somewhere. Anyone else ever have this?
