Multiple problems with my 99 Montana

Ok, let's see if I can remember all the issues I have been having with my 99 Montana. Any input you can give will be greatly appreciated.

1 - Getting a 440 trouble code - Evap system issue
2 - The warning buzzer for when you open the sliding door is randomly going off. I have cleaned all connections on the door and it didn't get any better.
3 - The air bag light in the dash comes on randomly.
4 - Some of the light in the steering wheel are out. Can these be replaced easily?
5 - The panic or alarm system will randomly go off while driving. Yeah, my wife loves when that happens as she drives through town with the horn and flashers going off.

1) EVAP system: This could be anything from a blocked tank vent line to a bad gas cap to a saturated charcoal canister (problems filling up or do you 'top off' the tank when refueling?) to a faulty purge valve.

2) Power sliding door: The door may be out of alignment and the close/lock connection isn't locking properly.
There is a module behind the right rear trim that carries codes you can have read so as to better find the fault.
There is also a cable adjustment there but unless you've done this before, I'd advise to get a tech to readjust it IF it needs to be.

3) Air bag light random: Check under both front seats for loose or dirty electrical connections in the wiring and harnesses. These can sometimes be cleaned using electrical contact cleaner.

4) Never seen lights in steering wheel.

5) Panic alarm: The eratic on and off performance of the alarm MAY be due to a fault in a) the security system such as the module that controls it or, b) perhaps within the ignition system (key cylinder) or, maybe a damaged key chip or keyfob causing a problem.
