Have started a team for models,If u dont know what I am talkin about.Its a place were u can display your pictures and get respect for what you do in the model car world,but not every one can joing our team we are looking for clean detailed models and some kind of Mod that was not included with the kit (like wing ,rims,Blower or some type of Mod for modifiers) we have 7 members and counting,We hope this team will be the best out there so help us make that happen!

Well the idea of a team is pretty much showing off your mods and trying to make them better then any one elses,sometimes competions on the internet have teams compete against each other the whole idea is juss to show your mods and having the best model cars and getting the respect from other viewers

I'm sorry...but it does not seem much different to what we do here already apart from wanting to form teams that IMO could only cause friction among members.

Ah an elite team, cream of the crop so to speak :D
I am sure it will create some form of competition within the modeling community if you see it in a positive way.

But somewhere along the line, there are sure to be egos hit hard no matter how tactful you are.

Healthy competition, although not officially is welcome though and you can be sure, most of the competitive ones would want to try to 'beat' your team. Along the way, new ideas will definitely surface.

I am sure if you set up the team, your expectations are gonna be set real high and so will others.

Just for some clarity, after talking w/Tyrant, his intentions seemed to be aimed at more of a "club" type deal as opposed to a "team". I don't think that they intend to cause friction between members. I say go for it and see how it goes!

About giving away things I think I can do that but like only things I can give away are like Carbon Fiber decals and maby some little Nitrouse bottles but on the other hand I can get a discount from my local hobby store.

wow so many club, what happan that person is from other Location it will be hard to be a member, do we have to pay to become a member ?.

I agree.I have a website for my models.It was just something I thought I would do just to show my cars to other people.
