when turning the truck wobbles like you have a flat. checked front hubs and they dont feel loose

Turning slow or fast?
Have you checked tires and tire pressure and for lose lug nuts and bent rims and lose front end parts?

a tire that has a broken internal belt can do this...remove the front tires and see if they roll straight...if the belt slipped/broke the tire will not roll in a straight line..
what tires ? size ?

I put everything back together and went up to a parking lot to see if I could get it to do it again and it didnt. So I went back to the house and pulled the rear wheels off to check everything back there. The brakes were shot and 1 side was making a groove. So I think a brake might have been hanging up.

If the rear brakes are bad you need to fix them.
But the wobble may be another problem.
As said check other stuff.
If you can feel wobble on steering wheel the wobble problem is in front end.
Post back how it goes.
