My wipers only work on fast when you turn on slow you hear a click any ideas?

the wiper control card [ pulse board] is the usual componet....has a relay contact the wears out ,,,then only high speed...
I just did one on a 94 s10 P/U .....30.00....

Most likely the circuit board. It's located inside the wiper motor. I had the same issue and a new c/b cured it.
