How to reprogramme keys for fit and accord

Hello i'm having honda fit 1.5 and accord 2.0 2005 model i need to reprogram the keys for the cars as i'm having only one keys can any body help me regarding this.

those keys need to be programmed by a honda dealer. No one else can do it.
