Do any lights illuminate when you signal.

I would start with a flasher. Should be under the dash near the steering column. If the four way flashers turn on you can follow the sound to the four way flasher. The turn signal flasher should look the same and be near by. One of the terminals on the connector for the turn signal flasher should have power to it. If you jump the two wires it should illuminate the right or left turn signal depending on the position of the switch.

At the turn signal switch there should be a pink wire. That is the power for the turn signal from the fuse. There should be power there with the key in the run position. If there is no power there than there is a problem between there and the fuse (assumeing you checked the fuse). If there is power there than check the Light Blue wire. That is the power out to the flasher. If there is no power there and there is power at the pink wire than the switch is bad.

I will try that! I did change out the fuses before.

what is the result?
I have the same problem, no flasher is working self the hazard not.
Before I park my Lumina last year for winter season I had problem with driver side brake light and turn signal on same time.
Today I roll out the car, all lights are working, but no flasher in the dash, no sound from relay.
