'04 Ion died at a stoplight, restarted, but still...

So on the way to work, the Saturn died at a stoplight. Didn't realize it until tried to give it gas again. It restarted, but does anyone know what may have caused it to die? (4-cyl, automatic transmission)

My saturn sl1 1997 intermittenly won't start. It loses all power. No radio no lights no nothing. I hit the brakes and the power comes on and it starts. I looked at the abs fuses and they appear fine, help please!!
