Replace the hazard warning switch knop

Hi,

my Lumin dont have the hazard warning switch knop anymore dont know why, I get it from US Army.
So now I think about to order a new one, now I press with the finger in the hole and press the button if I need it.
Can I install the knop without remove the steering wheel?

there,s millions of them at the local "pick-a-part". cost about zero.
to install you simply push the replacement down in the hole. to remove you grab it and pull it all the way up and out of the hole in the steering column.
