Hi, I have a 06' xlt. Any idea where I can find The factory reset keypad code?

Do you have the owner's manual for the vehicle, and if so, did you check for a card in the owner's manual kit or a 5-digit number handwritten in the manual?
If no manual/card/hand written number, then try the locations described in the sticky at the top of the Explorer forum main page.

I have the manual but no card and I cant find it written anywhere. I was also told to check the module for a sticker?

Yep, the keyless entry module will have a white sticker with a 5-digit block number on it which is the master code. The sticky thread gives several suggestions on where the module is likely to be located on your 2006. I think the newest vehicle specifically discussed is a 2005, but I would suspect the location is the same in your 2006.
