Bah...my ebrake still does not work. I have replaced the self adjusters in the drum ( one was broke), i have adjusted the ebrake inside the car.. still does not work well at all. it wont hold on any incline, and i can pretty much push it with it fully on... Could my ebrake cables be stretched? is there a way to check?
Im thinking if they are, then its time to convert to rear disc :) since i have to change the ebrake cable anyway when i do that...

Yes the wire can stretch. If it is you will have to replace it. Basiclly your attempt to tighten at the handle was what I would have suggested but that did not work so replacement is what you should do at this point.

Anybody got some drum brake ebrake cables they wanna get rid of for cheap then?
i know some of you have done the rear disc swap and might have them laying around :)
