the truck has the power steering type booster
when you brake and trun sharp it has a brake pulse
it has a power steering whine when you turn the wheel with it just rolling
where would you start trying to fix it?

replace the power steering fluid ...for whine ..
brake pulsing may indicate that the front ABS wheel sensors are messed up or those front wheel bearings are going ....usually its the driverside wheel bearing ....but why always the lft driver side ....?

power steering wine, is your belt or idler arm.
for the brakes check that side for, bad bearings or bad brake parts. now do not go cheep. the right and left side of the truck have been there since its been built. so if the right side is bad the left will be too. if you just do bearings on one side it will ware out the new parts faster.
