On my 2001 PA, the steering wheel has a rocker switch that controls the radio volume.... up to increase and down to decrease. Recently, my down does not work, but the up does. The volume knob on the radio works fine. How do I get to the rocker switch to replace it, does it come out of the steering wheel by prying it out from the front somehow? Thanks for the help.

I just realized that I didn't thank you. Yep, with a little TLC, it came out and I cleaned the contacts under the push buttons on the PCB... works great. One contact was a little dirty. Thanks for the help, that's what makes this such a great forum.
