Fixing depressions passenger dashboard

I just purchased a used Plymouth 99 Grand Voyager.. there is a depression on the passenger dashboard.. I was told that the daughter of the owner used to press her two feet into the dashboard and this caused the depression. I was trying to think of a way to inflate those depressions but was concerned about where the air bag is.. My plan was to use some of the expanding insulating foam through a small puncture to fill in those two small indentations.. they're both about the size of a tri-fold wallet, to give you some perspective? Is this a stupid idea, or are there any other suggestions?

how about you get a cheap plunger with flat bottom dollar tree has them make wet with water not dripping wet just more then put over dent plunger few times and should come right out can do same with body panels as long as no pinch in metal does work sound gross but dont use used plunger logical reason

YOU COULD TRY HEATING THE ePRESSIONS WITH A BLOW DRYER AND SEE IF THAT MAKES THEM POP OUT.
