If no one posts with better information, Im guessing the intake manifold bolts or nuts would take a 12mm or 13mm size wrench - and require about 15-18 ft-lbs of torque. If the tranny pan bolts take a 10mm wrench or an 8mm size wrench, my guess would be they take between 7 to 9 ft-lbs of torque. If the bolts are short, like less than 1/2", I would make the torque 5 to 7 ft-lbs.
In both cases you should tighten them up gradually, making 3 'circuits' around the bolt pattern, tightening a little each time. You want the manifold to seat evenly against the head, and you want the oil pan to be evenly seated against the bottom of the trans case.
These are typical values for bolts/nuts of that size, on ANY engine. For pan bolts, I like to tighten them to the torque spec one day, and go back and retghten them to that same value after a couple of days. If there is any gasket involved, it will thin down a little bit.
