1992 Lincoln Town Car Clock Spring

I have a 1992 Lincoln Town Car and I replaced the clock spring behind the airbag and the light is still flashing. Is there a reset procedure that I need to do after installing the clock spring? Or could there be other parts bad in the SRS?

Whats the code? Count the flash, then it will pause, then count the flash again.
