fender flares

so i now have a problem as a result of my new rims. apparently its illegal in hawaii for them to stick out, even a little. so it looks like i now need fender flares or something similar. i was wondering if there was a way i could just get some universal ones and attach them(in a non-permanent way) so that theyd stay on for my safety check and such, and i could take them off after.
OR if someone makes decent looking fender flares that i could use permanently.
i read some of the threads on 3si about it, but i cant find any of the bozz speed ones online, and everything on ebay looks likes a scam. a couplse people mentioned that you can just get the existing fenders flared out. whats the deal with that? thanks er'body

Put your stockers on for inspection. Please do not even attempt to put flares on.

i cant. sold em! in retrospect that may not have been the best decision, but too late. gotta come up with something else. lol. maybe i could duct tape em on for inspections.. thatd be ghetto fabulous

find some cheapo used eclipse wheels...or borrow some from a friends lol

yea....please dont flare them. just get some normal wheels from a mustang or eclips for inspection

3sx sells flared fenders, whole replacement, sticks out an extra 1/2" i think on each side

They are not flared fenders, they are widebody fenders. And 3sx REsells them. Cianci is the maker and 3sx just resells them. Check out Cianci's site as you might get them cheaper there.

yea i knkow, but i figured if he went to 3sx at least he'd see who makes em and such

Just because it says Cianci doesn't mean someone knows what Cianci is. You stated it like 3sx was the only one who sold them which is incorrect.

Also prices aren't the same. Cianci is $12 cheaper and likely cheaper on shipping too.

i think logic would, considering to get to look at the widebody a person only has to scroll pass and click next to 10 other things from them.

and it's not like im promoting them either, i just knew they sold them, didn't remember the company whom actually made them. also just said 3sx had not that they made em
