does anyone have a good weathering turorial? im goin for a dirty, beat up, a little rusted drift car, thanks in advance

I would also check out some of the military magazines since they get very dirty and are out in the elements, you see many more weathered vehicles.
I personally like Mig Productions, and they now have a US/Canada (http://migproductions-usa.com) site.
Missing Lynx has a good selections of tutorials, imncluding this one on painting and weathering (http://www.missing-lynx.com/articles/other/awpaint/awpaint.htm)
Here is a really good set of articles on filters, washes and rain marks (http://www.missing-lynx.com/rareworld.htm)
