Lights out

both of my headlights are out. Also the light for my right turn signal is on but it does not blink. I have replaced all the bulbs but still nothing. What do I do now? The car is a 1998 Buick Regal

you could try changing the turn signal relay and the haed light relay

I need a little bit more info. I dont know very much about my car, thats why I tried posting in a forum to get some more information.
