Narrowed down search for electrical short?

I have narrowed the short down to two circuits, radio and body. I noticed that the clock is on all the time on the radio, is this normal? I've been trying to find out what is all included in the "body" circuit does anyone have any idea? I pulled the fuse and checked everything electrical that I could, the only thing that didn't work was the gas filler door. I'm going to have to find a manual and see what I can find out.
Was just reading in another thread about the "E" being on for the fuel level, mine is. Someone said to change the "body/climate control" behind the glove box. Could this be my problem? I can't find this item listed on any of the online parts places, what does one of these cost?

The radio display should not be on key off. You are at a point you really need a wiring diagram or a factory manual. Alldata.com has a 1 year online subscription.

The power stays on for 10 minutes or until the door is opened and provides power to the radio, trunk, fuel door, windows and radio, it's called "Retained Accessory Power". I found out that the radio/windows stay on for 10 minutes after the key is shut off or until the door is opened. My window power does shut off when you open the door, but the clock doesn't. That I can live with, since I'll change the radio out. Once I figure out what is all included in the "Body" fuse I may just leave that out too if I can't find anything wrong with it.
