I bought it wreaked on the LF corner (repairs have been made)
But now the left headlight is real dim and looks like both high and low beam are trying to burn I have checked the hot and ground connections and found it does have a weak ground (test light just does light up)
It seems on these cars that the headlights are controlled by the ground
How do I go about repairing this problem ?

Look for a ground right side of dash. Under hood junction block a 15 amp fuse one for right and one for left. Automatic lamp control relay.

Yeah I found the fuses there all good
Where at on the right side of dash ? Kick panel ?
