92 ford f-150 wont turn over! help!

it ran fine for a few days. just put brand new battery in it. has lots of gas only when i turn the key it clicks once and doesnt turn over. its a 1992 ford f-150 5.8 302 v8 nite edition fuel injection. please help its my family's only vehicle

Sounds like it possibly is the starter. Lightly tap on the starter with a hammer to see if it will crank. Remember, I said lightly.
