Ground for fuse block??

Does anyone know if there is a ground for the fuse panel under the dash? My radio pops and the temp gauge falls at random times. I have had the alt checked and the grounds under the hood are good. It just seems like a bad ground somewhere. I have really been scratching my head on this. I have ran a ground from the back of the radio (aftermarket) and grounded to metal and the popping slows down, but doesn't stop. It also makes the lights dim as it pops. Anyone have the same problem out there????

remove the battery connections and then clean check the wires at the starter...check any other areas where the battery feed wires are routed...this could also be fuseable links or a loose fuse holder...make sure the fuses set tightly in their sockets ...do not rock fuses pull straight out..

with your lights dimming and the alternator good , this should be like you said a ground or also a feed connection...issue..
