Integra 94 SHAKING PROBLEM

Hi I have Integra 94 RS, all of sudden it started to shake like crazy. it feels like the car has a stuffy nose (something clogged). Any ideas? thank you

When is it shaking? All the time, at idle, stopped at a light, at a certain speed??
