Need help with electrical short in 94 Deville?

My son was given a 94 Deville that had front end damage. After we got it home we realized it has a short, the battery is dead over night. We pulled the negative battery cable and hooked a test light to the end of the cable and battery post. It lights up. So, we started pulling fuses and circuit breakers and it never went out. Does anyone have suggestions as to what to try next?

Thanks,
Bob

Without knowing the nature of the damage and prior history this is tough, just keep checking as you are, once you find the affected circuit, you will need a comprehensive wiring diagram to find the source. I believe there are 2 fuse centers also.

Disconnect the fat wire going to the starter , too, then test the circuit. It is not protected by a fuse or relay. A stuck starter soleniod or bad starter motor can do this.
